在沈阳壤质草甸土上设置定位小区试验.连续7年结果表明,氯化铵或氯化铵与尿素配施比等氮量尿素对小麦、玉米均有增产作用,差异达显著以上水平.年亩施氯化铵32公斤以下,耕层土壤氯离子积累最大值为50ppm;亩施氯化铵32公斤和16公斤,土壤pH值年均降低0.25和0.19个单位;施用氯化铵与对照处理相比未发现对土壤结构有不良影响,还对<0.005mm的微团聚体含量有明显的增加;在年雨量750毫米条件下,40~80厘米深度有—108ppm氯离子峰值存在,但不致使土体氯离子达到作物受害浓度.
