在网络媒体的冲击下,纸媒的日子越来越难过,许多地方的都市报已开始停刊或即将停刊。地方广播电视报的生存状况更为严峻,不但发行量逐渐萎缩,广告经营也每况愈下,亏损已成为常态。本文结合《绍兴广播电视·娱乐生活》周报确立自身定位、迎合家庭生活服务和时尚消费领域变化的信息需求、及时调整策略的生动实践,就地方广播电视报如何在丰富内容、创新形式、拓展渠道、扩大受众、搞活经营、延长产业链等方面找准着力点进行了探索思考。
