南水北调工程的整个施工过程中,土建工程是施工量最大的部分,也是南水北调工程良好运行的基础工程。因此在南水北调建成后的日常管理过程中,对土建工程的管理也是最为重要的部分。但是,由于南水北调工程调水线路长,土建工程类型众多,线路经过区地理环境多样,调水线路附近环境复杂等诸多原因,南水北调的土建工程管理维护也十分复杂。所以本文就将在分析南水北调土建工程管理复杂性和土建工程管理中存在的问题的基础上,从技术和制度两个方面提出南水北调管理中的土建工程维护管理的措施。 During the entire construction process of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, civil works are the largest part of the construction volume and also the basic project for the good operation of the South-North Water Diversion Project.
