[目的]探讨钬激光治疗输尿管结石的有效性、安全性。[方法]回顾分析某院2008年6月～2008年12月收治的输尿管镜下钬激光治疗的输尿管结石患者48例临床资料。48例患者均有药物排石史,20例有ESWL治疗史,3例曾行输尿管切开取石术。[结果]48例患者中44例一次碎石成功,成功率91.7%,44例患者手术时间25～75min,平均40min;术后住院3～7d,平均5d;结石排净时间0d～5周,平均2.5周。术后6例出现肉眼血尿,4例出现轻度发热,经对症处理后症状消失。[结论]输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石安全、有效、微创,对于药物排石和ESWL碎石治疗失败的输尿管结石患者,可做为首选的治疗方法。
[Objective] To investigate the efficacy and safety of holmium laser in the treatment of ureteral calculi. [Methods] A retrospective analysis of 48 cases of ureteral calculi treated by holmium laser under ureteroscope in our hospital from June 2008 to December 2008 was retrospectively analyzed. 48 patients had history of drug row of stones, 20 patients had ESWL treatment history, 3 patients had ureteral incision lithotomy. [Results] Forty-four of 48 patients were successfully treated with primary gravel, the success rate was 91.7%. The operation time of 44 patients was 25-75 minutes (average 40 minutes). The postoperative hospital stay was 3-7 days (mean 5 days) Average 2.5 weeks. After 6 cases of gross hematuria, 4 cases of mild fever, symptoms after symptomatic treatment disappeared. [Conclusion] Ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment of ureteral calculi is safe, effective and minimally invasive. It is the first choice of treatment for patients with ureteral calculi who have failed the treatment of drug delivery and ESWL lithotripsy.
