MicroRNA(miRNA)是一类长约22个核苷酸的单链非编码小RNA,它可以通过诱导信使RNA(mRNA)的降解和转录后基因沉默来负向调节基因的表达,在细胞增殖、分化和死亡等生理病理过程中起着关键的作用。病毒感染是引起人类疾患的常见原因之一,已有的研究发现miRNA与病毒感染有密切的关系,影响着病毒的复制、免疫逃逸及宿主抗病毒等过程,并可能成为病毒感染诊断及治疗的新手段,本文就miRNA在病毒感染中的研究进展做一简要综述。
