针对厦门跨海特大桥128号墩海上深水倾斜岩面的特点,提出采用依托栈桥先搭设施工平台,在无钢护筒的情况下采用钻机冲击倾斜岩面使之基本平整,然后插打钢护筒并在钻进过程中跟进钢护筒,同时提出了泥浆循环及收集方法,防止污染海域。工程实践表明,该施工方案设计合理,能满足工程的需要,对同类桥墩施工有借鉴意义。
According to the characteristics of offshore deepwater inclined rock face of No.122 pier in Xiamen Cross-sea Super Bridge, it is proposed to build the construction platform by trestle first, and to use rock drilling machine to impact the inclined rock face to make it basically flat without steel casing, Drum and follow-up during the drilling steel casing, while proposed mud circulation and collection methods to prevent pollution of the sea. The engineering practice shows that the design of the construction scheme is reasonable and can meet the needs of the project, which is of reference significance to the construction of similar piers.
