我厂生产的法兰,是火电厂中温中压或高温高压法兰。材质为20钢和12Cr1MoV钢。性能要求比一般锻件高,在满足其制造条件外,还有金相组织和机械性能的要求。63典管1216、1236和我厂技术条件均要求需热处理后交货。原采用的热处理工艺是:20钢经正火处理,12Cr1MoV钢经正火十回火处理。也就是说所有的锻造法兰均需经过锻造和热处理两个工种的加工工序。因此,生产周期长,生产效率低,成本高。经多方试验,我们采用了锻造余热正火的方法,省去了重新加热正火或正火十回火的方法。从试验结果表明:用锻造余热正火是可以代替重新正火或正火十回火.
