采用超快冷+层流冷却(UFC+LC)、层流冷却(LC)和空冷(AC)三种冷却工艺,研究了不同冷却工艺对钒钛微合金钢析出和性能的影响。结果表明:经UFC+LC冷却的试样析出物数量最多,尺寸最小,且析出物分布最均匀;经UFC+LC冷却的钢强度最高,强化效果要优于其它冷却方式。研究结果能为微合金钢生产应用超快冷工艺提供理论依据。
The effects of different cooling processes on the precipitation and properties of vanadium-titanium microalloyed steel were studied by using three cooling technologies: ultra-fast cooling + laminar cooling (UFC + LC), laminar cooling (LC) and air cooling (AC) The results show that the sample precipitated by UFC + LC has the largest number of precipitates, the smallest size and the most uniform precipitates. The steel hardened by UFC + LC has the highest strength and the strengthening effect is better than other cooling methods. The results can provide a theoretical basis for the application of ultra-fast cold process in the production of microalloyed steel.
