以自制Ce/ZnO粉末为掺杂原料,通过静电纺丝技术合成了一系列Ce/ZnO粉末掺杂的PAN复合膜。借助SEM、FT-IR、力学性能测试、接触角测量等对PAN复合膜的物化性质进行表征。以亚甲基蓝溶液脱色反应为模型,考察不同Ce/ZnO粉末掺杂量的PAN复合膜的光催化性能。结果表明,Ce/ZnO粉末的掺杂对PAN膜的纤维直径、表面性质等物理性质有影响,Ce/ZnO的掺杂量为3%时,PAN样品膜具有较好的光催化性能和拉伸强度,脱色率为75.13%。
A series of Ce / ZnO powder doped PAN composite films were synthesized by electrospinning using homemade Ce / ZnO powders as doping raw materials. The physicochemical properties of PAN composite films were characterized by means of SEM, FT-IR, mechanical property test and contact angle measurement. The decolorization reaction of methylene blue solution was used as a model to investigate the photocatalytic activity of PAN composite films doped with different Ce / ZnO powders. The results show that the doping of Ce / ZnO powder has an influence on the physical properties of PAN film such as fiber diameter and surface properties. When the doping amount of Ce / ZnO is 3%, the PAN film has better photocatalytic properties and tensile properties Intensity, decolorization rate of 75.13%.
