拉伸形变过程中,Ni_3Al单晶体的滑移线呈直线,TEM组织显示大量的线型位错。Ni_3Al-Mo复合材料的形变组织显示曲折型滑移线和纤维多重断裂特征。低温形变的Ni_3Al基体和Mo纤维中都存在高密度位错;高温形变时,动态回复加快,位错密度降低。
In the course of tensile deformation, the slip line of Ni 3 Al single crystal is linear and the TEM organization shows a large number of linear dislocations. Deformed structures of Ni_3Al-Mo composites show tortuosity slip lines and multi-fracture characteristics of the fibers. High-density dislocations exist in the low-temperature deformation Ni 3 Al matrix and Mo fiber. When the high-temperature deformation occurs, the dynamic recovery accelerates and the dislocation density decreases.
