目的探讨基底细胞样型浸润性乳腺癌(BLBC)组织中维生素D受体(VDR)、表皮因子生长受体(EGFR)的表达情况,并分析其病理作用。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法对50例BLBC和54例非BLBC乳腺癌(对照组)组织进行VDR、EGFR检测,并行相关性分析。结果 BLBC组织标本中的VDR、EGFR阳性表达率分别是24.00%(12/50)、82.00%(41/50),与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VDR与EGFR表达水平的相关分析发现,VDR蛋白与EGFR蛋白在BLBC组织中表达呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论 VDR和EGFR参与BLBC的发生与发展;VDR低表达及EGFR表达率较高,提示BLBC可能对1,25(OH)2D3及类似物不敏感,而EGFR可以作为BLBC治疗的新靶点。
Objective To investigate the expression of vitamin D receptor (VDR) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in basal cell-like invasive breast cancer (BLBC) and to analyze its pathological role. Methods Fifty cases of BLBC and 54 cases of non-BLBC breast cancer (control group) were examined by immunohistochemical SP method. VDR and EGFR were detected and analyzed in parallel. Results The positive rates of VDR and EGFR in BLBC were 24.00% (12/50) and 82.00% (41/50), respectively, which were significantly different from those in control group (P <0.05). VDR and EGFR expression levels of the correlation analysis found that VDR protein and EGFR protein expression in BLBC tissue was negatively correlated (P <0.01). Conclusions VDR and EGFR are involved in the occurrence and development of BLBC. Low expression of VDR and high expression of EGFR suggest that BLBC may not be sensitive to 1,25 (OH) 2D3 and its analogs, and EGFR can be used as a new target for BLBC treatment.
