本文主要探讨经销商与零售商在企业运作管理上的区别,分析产生这种管理区别的原因,并针对国内现有的经销商与零售商的管理模式提出自己的建议与思考。目前我国的零售商和经销商面临着不同的问题。针对现状,作者提出对于现在经销商管理应该采取以下措施,包括现款交易返利、建立健全经销商财务管理制度以及建立经销商淘汰制度;对于零售商而言,可以直接与生产厂商联系,去除中间经销商环节,并适应时代潮流实行电子商务的交易模式。
This paper mainly discusses the differences between dealers and retailers in the operation and management of enterprises, analyzes the reasons for the differences between them and puts forward their own suggestions and reflections on the management modes of the existing domestic distributors and retailers. At present, China’s retailers and distributors are facing different problems. In response to the status quo, the author proposes that the following measures should be taken for the current dealer management, including the rebate of cash transactions, the establishment and improvement of the dealer’s financial management system, and the establishment of a dealer elimination system; for the retailers, they can contact the manufacturer directly to remove the intermediate distribution Business links, and to adapt to the trend of the times the implementation of e-commerce trading model.
