我厂是生产大型龙门刨床、插床等大型工作母机的工厂。一九七一年,沈阳中捷人民友谊厂的一台大型龙门刨床身中段中间部位横向裂开,要求我厂重新铸造一台。这台刨床是国外进口的,相当于国产B 220型龙门刨床,床身材料为高强度铸铁,全长约9米,宽1.2米,重14吨,横向裂缝产生在中间动力传动部位,裂缝总长4.5～5米,占截面的4/5左右,工件变形
