目的探讨腹部B超筛查胎儿畸形的临床结果。方法选取该院妇科2009年1月—2011年4月在该院进行产前B超检查的孕妇为3 350例,年龄23~45岁,平均34岁,35岁以上孕妇为280例。所有的患者都采用腹部B超进行筛查。使用Medison SA-8000彩色三维B超诊断仪,探头频率S-BVW4-8(5 MHz/60 R),尤其是重点筛查12~28周的孕妇。结果通过腹部B超筛查,发现胎儿畸形有57例,漏诊3例,有效率为95%,误诊率为5%。其中3例为产后发现,4例为孕37~40周时发现,检出率为7.0%;17例为孕28~36周时发现,检出率为29.8%;24例为孕20~27周时发现,检出率为42.1%;12~19例为孕12周时发现,检出率为21.1%。结论腹部B超筛查能够有效地检出胎儿各种结构畸形和各个器官、各个部位的情况,具有易于接受、廉价、直观、无创伤的突出优点,能够有效地指导终止妊娠、宫内治疗、胎儿畸形的诊断,具有极为重要的作用和特点,值得在临床上大量推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical results of abdominal B-ultrasonography in screening fetal malformations. Methods A total of 3 350 pregnant women undergoing prenatal B-ultrasound at the hospital from January 2009 to April 2011 were selected. The age ranged from 23 to 45 years with an average of 34 years. There were 280 pregnant women over 35 years of age. All patients underwent abdominal B-ultrasound screening. The Medison SA-8000 color 3D B-scan was used with a probe frequency of S-BVW4-8 (5 MHz / 60 R), with a focus on pregnant women 12-12 weeks old. Results Abdominal B-screening and found 57 cases of fetal malformations, missed diagnosis in 3 cases, the effective rate was 95%, the misdiagnosis rate was 5%. Among them, 3 cases were found after delivery, 4 cases were found from 37 to 40 weeks pregnant, the detection rate was 7.0%; 17 cases were detected from 28 to 36 weeks pregnant, the detection rate was 29.8%; 24 cases were pregnant 20 ~ 27 Week found that the detection rate was 42.1%; 12 to 19 cases found at 12 weeks of pregnancy, the detection rate was 21.1%. Conclusion Abdominal B-ultrasonography can effectively detect all kinds of fetal malformations and various organs and parts of the situation, with the advantages of easy to accept, cheap, intuitive and noninvasive, can effectively guide the termination of pregnancy, intrauterine therapy, Fetal deformity diagnosis, has a very important role and characteristics, it is worth a lot of clinical promotion.
