扬州市区于1983～1984年共登记1,236例肺结核病例。男854例,女382例。15～29岁组占30.6％。男女分别占25％及43.8％,50岁以上占33.6％,年龄和性别新登记率为0～14岁0.02‰,15岁后迅速上升,50岁以上达1.5‰,该组男性为2.5‰;女性0.5‰。治疗前查痰者629例(60.5％)。其中涂阳66例(10.5％)。新发病例以胸片和痰检做诊断依据者59.3％。324例新登病例,病程在13周以上占66.4％,可见延误严重。1983年及
A total of 1,236 cases of tuberculosis were registered in Yangzhou from 1983 to 1984. There were 854 males and 382 females. 15 to 29 years old group accounted for 30.6%. Men and women accounted for 25% and 43.8% respectively, while those over 50 years old accounted for 33.6%. The new age and gender enrollment rate was 0.02 ‰ between 0 and 14 years old, rose rapidly after 15 years old and reached 1.5 ‰ over 50 years old, and 2.5 ‰ for men in this group.
