目的以β-环糊精包结印楝素原药,以提高其稳定性与持效性。方法采用液相法制备β-环糊精.印楝素包结剂,并以不同浓度的印楝素包结剂溶液处理淡色库蚊(Culex pipien pallens)不同发育阶段后,观察其对幼虫的毒杀活性及持效性。结果用正常浓度换算,以原药浓度5倍与10倍的剂量,即以包结剂22.5与45mg/m2处理试虫,杀灭率与原药相当,自行研制的印楝素包结物表现为缓慢释放的特点。结论在实验条件下放置60 d后,对蚊幼虫的杀灭率仍保持在60.4%,表现为良好的持效特点。
Aim To encapsulate azadirachtin with β-cyclodextrin to improve its stability and persistence. Methods The β-cyclodextrin and azadirachtin inclusion complex were prepared by liquid-phase method. Culex pipien pallens were treated with different concentrations of azadirachtin in different developmental stages to observe their effects on larval Poison activity and persistence.
