1.前言本文介绍用电磁超声波在线测量凝壳厚度的发展和实际应用,并讨论它与铝板铆钉法相比的测量误差和分析电磁超声波传播时间的测量误差。并在此基础上介绍2维热传递模型凝固层终端形状的估算方法和计算结果。
1. Introduction This article describes the development and practical application of on-line measurement of the thickness of the condensed shell with electromagnetic ultrasonic and discusses the measurement error compared with the aluminum plate rivet method and the measurement error of the electromagnetic ultrasonic propagation time. On the basis of this, the estimation method and calculation results of the 2-D heat transfer model of the solidified layer are introduced.
