杂交育种是培育鱼类优良品种快捷有效的方法之一,杂交鲂是以团头鲂(Megalobrama amblycephale)作为母本、广东鲂(Megalobrama hoffmanni)作为父本杂交而得到的品种。2005年,由潮安县东凤韩东水产苗种繁育场成功培育,命名脆肉杂交鲂(中华雪龙鱼)。经过多年的培育和养殖,已形成一套成熟的规模化繁育技术。现将2013年度通过亲鱼营养强化、人工催产、人工授精、孵化等措施,取得规模化繁育杂交鲂苗种的相关技术总结如下。
Hybrid breeding is one of the most efficient and effective ways to breed fine varieties of fish. Hybrid 鲂 is a species obtained by Megalobrama amblycephale as female parent and Megalobrama hoffmanni as male parent. In 2005, it was successfully cultivated by the Dongfeng Han Dong aquatic seed breeding center in Chaoan County, named crisp meat hybrid (Chinese sallow fish). After years of cultivation and breeding, has formed a mature large-scale breeding technology. The related technologies for achieving large-scale breeding of hybrid 鲂 seed in 2013 through measures such as broodstock nutrition enhancement, artificial spawning, artificial insemination and hatching are summarized as follows.
