采用“络合-中和沉淀”法制备超微粒氧化铁(d=10-20nm)。研究了超微粒氧化铁气敏材料的结构与性能之间的关系,以及 RE_2O_3和 SnO_2的掺杂效应。提出了一种对可燃性气体具有较高灵敏度的不含贵金属的新型气敏元件,并对其气敏机制作了初步探讨。
Ultrafine iron oxide (d = 10-20nm) was prepared by the complexation-neutralization precipitation method. The relationship between the structure and properties of ultrafine particle iron oxide gas sensing material and the doping effect of RE 2 O 3 and SnO 2 were studied. A novel gas sensor without precious metal with high sensitivity to flammable gas was proposed. The gas sensor was also discussed.
