目的探讨高温作业2个国家标准的应用及在实际工作中的疑问。方法对某冶炼铸造厂高温作业场所现场测定高温,按《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值第2部分:物理因素》和《工业企业设计卫生标准》3.14高温作业部分对同一作业岗位的测定结果进行评判与探讨。结果按GBZ 1-2010《工业企业设计卫生标准》3.14高温作业的规定,评判结果把环铸/熔炼工评判为未超限值,可能误判为“非高温作业”。结论《工业企业设计卫生标准》3.14高温作业的评判在实际检测应用上有待完善。
Objective To explore the application of two national standards for high temperature operation and questions in practical work. Methods The temperature of a smelting foundry at a high temperature workplace was measured on site. According to the Occupational Exposure Limits for Hazardous Factors in the Workplace Part 2: Physical Factors and Hygienic Standards for Design of Industrial Enterprises 3.14 Results of the determination of the same work position in the high temperature work section Judgment and discussion. The results according to GBZ 1-2010 “Design hygiene standards for industrial enterprises” 3.14 high temperature operation, the results of the ring casting / melting workers judged as not exceeding the limit, may be mistaken for “non-high temperature operation ”. Conclusion “Industrial Design Health Standard” 3.14 high temperature operation in the actual test application needs to be improved.
