清开灵注射液是纯中药复方制剂,主要成分为牛黄、水牛角、黄芩、黄连、胆酸、金银花、栀子等,具有清热解毒、化痰通络、醒脑开窍的功效。临床上主要用于上呼吸道感染、感染性发热、肺炎、急慢性肝炎、脑血栓等疾病。近年来其不良反应的报告日渐增多,现综述如下。 过敏性休克:已见9例报道。男7例,女2例;年龄最小3岁半,最大76岁。用葡萄糖或生理盐水注射液稀释后静滴,静滴开始后最早1分钟,最迟20分钟患者发生过敏性休克,表现为面色苍白、胸闷气短、肢端发冷、心率加快、血压下降、严重者昏迷、四肢抽畜、全身皮肤粘膜紫绀。其中四肢出现暗红色粟粒状皮疹1例,全身出现片状荨麻疹1例。9例患者经停 Qingkailing injection is a pure Chinese medicine compound preparation.
