本文利用光学显微镜,透射电子显微镜和X-射线衍射仪研究PBT/PC共混物的形态结构,结果表明,在PBT/PC共混物中,当PC含量在50%以下时,PC以2μ以下的圆球分布于PBT球晶之中,而当PC含量大于50%小于80%时,PC圆球和PBT球晶分别分布于非晶区中。PC含量大于90%时,PC成条状多晶结构,没有观察到PBT的球晶结构。
In this paper, the morphology of PBT / PC blend was investigated by optical microscope, transmission electron microscope and X-ray diffraction. The results showed that when the content of PC is less than 50% in PC / PBT blends, Of the spherulites are distributed in PBT spherulites, while PC spheres and PBT spherulites are respectively distributed in the amorphous regions when the PC content is more than 50% and less than 80%. When the PC content is more than 90%, the PC becomes a strip polycrystalline structure, and the spherulite structure of the PBT is not observed.
