目的 探讨新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎 (VAP)病原菌耐药情况及防治措施。方法 分析 10 3例新生儿VAP诊治情况及痰、胃液培养结果。结果 醋酸不动杆菌、绿脓假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯杆菌是 3种主要致病菌 ,耐药率高 ,对泰能、环丙沙星最为敏感。结论 革兰阴性杆菌是新生儿VAP主要病原菌 ,耐药率高 ,应积极预防
Objective To investigate the drug resistance of neonatal ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) pathogens and their preventive measures. Methods The diagnosis and treatment of VAP in 103 neonates and sputum and gastric juice culture results were analyzed. Results Acinetobacter spp., Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumoniae were the three main pathogenic bacteria with high resistance rates and were most sensitive to tacrine and ciprofloxacin. Conclusions Gram-negative bacilli are the main pathogens of neonatal VAP, with high drug resistance rate, they should be actively prevented
