目的:对辽宁凤城地区不同环境五味子不同部位五味子醇甲等五种木脂素类成分含量进行测定。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Agilent TC-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-乙腈-水,梯度洗脱,流速0.9mL/min,柱温35℃,检测波长220nm。结果:五味子不同部位木脂素类成分含量有明显差异,不同环境五味子木脂素成分总量不同。结论:五味子种子含有5种木脂素总量最多,果皮中最少;生长在山脚树荫丛林且湿润环境下的五味子5种木脂素总量最高。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of five kinds of lignans in different parts of Schisandra chinensis in different environments in Fengcheng, Liaoning Province. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on an Agilent TC-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile- water at a flow rate of 0.9 mL / . Results: The content of lignan in different parts of Schisandra was significantly different, the total amount of lignans in different environments was different. Conclusion: Schisandra sp. Contains 5 kinds of lignans with the highest total amount and the least in the peel. The total amount of 5 kinds of lignans in Schisandra chinensis grown in the jungle at the foot of the hill and in moist environment is the highest.
