目的 :将临床使用的普通一次性输液器经改进 ,使其成为一管多用、多功能输血、输液器的应用优点。方法 :将临床使用的普通输液器茂菲氏滴管的上方设置一Y型硬胶管 ,Y型管上分别连接两条带穿瓶针的输液管 ,其中一条为输液管 ;另一条为输血管 ;根据需要分别设置不同的茂菲氏滴管。结果 :多功能输液器可将两个穿瓶针分别插入两个输液瓶中 ,即可行输液 ,又可输血。并根据需要选择性调节滴速和控制输入的种类 ,还可经加药孔随意时加入所需的药物。结论 :一次性多功能输液器 ,融输液输血为一体 ,减少了穿瓶针反复穿瓶而引起的污染机会 ,具有良好的实用性
