介绍了天津钢管公司150 t交流电弧炉将变压器扩容至100 MV.A的工程实践,根据原有90 MV.A变压器的电弧炉炼钢电气运行的结果和经验,提出了超大容量变压器的电弧炉炼钢电气运行研究的流程为热试车前模拟研究、热试车研究、炼钢过程实际电气运行研究和生产运行研究。研究表明:考虑变压器的外特性的影响,在具体负载下输出的二次电压不能简单地以阻抗电压百分数来折算,应该以实测的电气运行参数为依据来设定电弧阻抗值。生产运行结果表明,100 MV.A变压器运行良好,冶炼电耗降低5 kW.h/t,冶炼周期缩短2 min。
This paper introduces the engineering practice of the expansion of the transformer to 100 MV in a 150 t AC electric arc furnace of Tianjin Pipe Company. According to the results and experience of electric operation of EAF steelmaking in the original 90 MV.A transformer, the EAF of large capacity transformer The electrical operation of steelmaking process for the hot test before the simulation study, hot test study, the actual steelmaking process of electrical operation and production operation research. The research shows that the secondary voltage output under specific load can not simply be calculated by the percentage of impedance voltage. Considering the influence of the external characteristics of the transformer, the impedance of the arc should be set based on the measured electrical operating parameters. Production operation results show that the 100 MV.A transformer is operating well, the smelting power consumption is reduced by 5 kW.h / t, and the smelting cycle is shortened by 2 min.
