目的探讨新生儿重症监护室(NICU)呼吸机相关性肺炎的危险因素,指导NICU医护人员做好临床防治工作,减少NICU呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率。方法回顾性分析近3a唐山市人民医院NICU180例机械通气患儿的临床资料,分析感染的因素。结果新生儿重症监护室发生呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的主要病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主,胎龄<37周早产儿VAP发生率明显高于胎龄>37周足月儿。结论新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎发病率高,是外部环境与患者内环境因素综合作用的结果。
Objective To explore the risk factors of neonatal ventilator-associated pneumonia in neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and to guide NICU medical staff in clinical prevention and treatment to reduce the incidence of NICU ventilator-associated pneumonia. Methods The clinical data of 180 cases of NICU in NICU in Tangshan People’s Hospital were retrospectively analyzed and the factors of infection were analyzed. Results The main pathogens of ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) in neonatal intensive care unit were Gram-negative bacilli. The incidence of VAP in preterm infants with gestational age <37 weeks was significantly higher than that of gestational age> 37 weeks. Conclusions The high incidence of neonatal ventilator-associated pneumonia is the result of a combination of external environment and patient’s environmental factors.
