[目的]探究氨基酸肥对烤烟生长发育和烟叶品质的影响。[方法]以云烟87为供试烤烟品种,采用同田对比的方式,设化学肥料(对照)、化学肥料+固态氨基酸肥、化学肥料+液态氨基酸肥3个处理,研究氨基酸肥对烤烟减肥增效的作用。[结果]施用固态氨基酸肥烤烟的农艺性状整体表现最好,液态氨基酸肥有利于烟株顶部叶片的开片;固态氨基酸肥处理的产量最高,而液态氨基酸肥处理的原烟外观质量最好,能提高均价和中上等烟比例,获得较好的经济效益。液态氨基酸肥处理的各部位烟叶糖碱比、双糖差均最适宜,化学成分协调性最好。与对照相比,氨基酸肥料处理的刺激性更小,余味更舒适,其中液态氨基酸肥处理的杂气较轻,感官质量整体表现最好。[结论]综合比较,施用化学肥料+液态氨基酸肥有助于促进烤烟生长发育和提高烟叶品质。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effect of amino acid fertilizer on the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco and the quality of tobacco. [Method] With Yunyan87 as the tested flue-cured tobacco varieties, three treatments including chemical fertilizer (control), chemical fertilizer + solid amino acid fertilizer and chemical fertilizer + liquid amino acid fertilizer were compared with the same field to study the effects of amino acid fertilizer Effective role. The ratio of nicotine to base and the ratio of disaccharides in different parts of liquid amino acid fertilizer was the most suitable, and the chemical composition was the best. Compared with the control, amino acid fertilizer treatment less irritating, more aftertaste, of which liquid amino acid fertilizer treatment of the lighter gas, the overall performance of the best organoleptic. [Conclusion] Comprehensive comparison, the application of chemical fertilizers + liquid amino acid fertilizer could promote the growth and development of tobacco and improve the quality of tobacco.
