根据激光干涉原理,录取跟底脉络膜血管搏动图,观察终末小动脉充盈速率、血容量、血管回缩间期,用以了解脑血管循环状态。经348例观察发现, 健康人30-39岁组与50-59岁组对比,有显著差异(P<0.01);脑梗塞组颅内病变一侧搏动图,较对侧有显著差异(P<0.01);脑梗塞组与非脑血管病组对比,有显著差异(P<0.01)。经Baye氏准则对脑梗塞及非脑血管病各50例差值检验,判别准确率为95%,假阳性率1%,假阴性4%。本项检查可用于监测脑血管老化状态和早期发现脑血管血运障碍等疾病,且无创无副作用,便于追踪检查。经对10年来的文献检索证明,此项研究为国内外首次报道。
According to the principle of laser interference, endocardial choroidal vascular pulsatility chart was taken, and the filling rate of terminal arterioles, blood volume and vasoconstriction interval were observed to understand the state of cerebrovascular circulation. The observation of 348 cases showed that there was a significant difference (P <0.01) between the healthy group of 30-39 years old and the 50-59 years old group, and the intracranial lesions side beat chart of cerebral infarction group had significant difference (P < 0.01). There was significant difference between cerebral infarction group and non-cerebrovascular disease group (P <0.01). The Baye’s criterion for 50 cases of cerebral infarction and non-cerebrovascular disease difference test, the accuracy of 95%, the false positive rate of 1%, false negative 4%. This test can be used to monitor cerebrovascular aging and early detection of cerebrovascular disorders and other diseases, and no non-invasive side effects for easy follow-up examination. After 10 years of literature search to prove that the study was first reported at home and abroad.
