利用携带光周期迟钝基因 (Photoperiod1简称Ppd1)的 6套近等基因系分别与其背景亲本AVALON ,BRIGAND ,BRIMSTONE ,MERCIA ,NORMAN及RENDZVOUS相比较 ,研究该基因在石家庄地区生态条件下对冬小麦农艺性状的影响。结果表明 ,该基因提早冬小麦抽穗、开花及成熟 ,缩短生育期 ;缩短穗长 ,使旗叶变短、变窄 ,面积变小 ;增加分蘖成穗率 ,每穗沟数 ,穗粒数及千粒重。因此认为该基因对石家庄地区生态条件下的小麦高产且早熟育种中利用价值很大
Six sets of near-isogenic lines carrying photoperiod retardation gene (Photoperiod1, Ppd1 for short) were compared with their background parents AVALON, BRIGAND, BRIMSTONE, MERCIA, NORMAN and RENDZVOUS to study the effect of this gene on the agronomic traits of winter wheat in Shijiazhuang, influences. The results showed that the gene earlier heading, flowering and maturity of winter wheat, shortening the growth period; shortening the spike length, shortening and reducing the flag leaf; increasing the tillering rate, the number of spike per panicle, the number of grains per spike, . Therefore, it is considered that this gene has a great utilization value for the wheat with high yield and precocious breeding under the ecological conditions in Shijiazhuang area
