本文对目前的公安院校执行新招录政策背景下的学生培养、管理工作客观的进行了梳理,针对当前学生实际培养过程中出现的问题分析了成因,并针对问题结合现实情况提出了包括公安专业分类适应、警务专业技能过渡、及调整培养考核比重等合理化建议,这些建议的提出是建立在多年公安院校学管教育工作的前提下的,具有一定的实际性和参考性,但也肯定有不尽完善、值得商榷的地方,希望读者多提宝贵意见,以共促公安教育事业发展。
