在2500μmolE/m2s光逆境条件下研究了扬麦158旗叶类囊体膜、PSⅡ颗粒PSⅡ光化学特性和组分的影响。电子传递活性的结果表明:该麦旗叶类囊体膜及PSⅡ颗粒PSⅡ放氧活性产生下降,其中PSⅡ颗粒的活性下降较为明显。室温荧光发射光谱的结果表明,光逆境导致PSⅡ荧光发射强度的减弱。PSⅡ颗粒多肽组分中,OEC33kD对光逆境反应较为敏感,降解最为显著。捕光色素蛋白(CP43kD,28~29kD等)也有不同浓度的降解。
The photochemical characteristics and components of PSⅡ particles in the membrane of the thylakoid membrane of Yangmai 158 were studied under light stress of 2500μmolE / m2s. The results of electron transfer activity showed that the activity of PSⅡ particles in the flag leaf thylakoid membrane and the PS Ⅱ particles decreased, and the activity of PSⅡ particles decreased obviously. Fluorescence emission spectra at room temperature showed that light stress led to the decrease of PS Ⅱ fluorescence emission intensity. Among PSⅡparticles, OEC33kD was more sensitive to light stress and had the most degradation. Light harvesting pigment protein (CP43kD, 28 ~ 29kD, etc.) also have different concentrations of degradation.
