目的探讨伽玛刀治疗对原发性三叉神经痛患者血浆降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)水平的影响。方法选取郑州人民医院2013年10月—2016年8月收治的77例原发性三叉神经痛患者,随机分组,观察组39例,对照组38例,对照组给予卡马西平治疗,观察组实施伽玛刀治疗,观察比较两组临床治疗效果及治疗前后血浆CGRP水平,并统计两组治疗前后生活质量评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为89.74%(35/39),高于对照组71.05%(27/38),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血浆CGRP水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论伽玛刀治疗可改善原发性三叉神经痛患者生活质量及血浆降钙素基因相关肽水平,提高疗效。
Objective To investigate the effect of gamma knife treatment on the level of plasma calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) in patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia. Methods Totally 77 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia admitted in Zhengzhou People’s Hospital from October 2013 to August 2016 were randomly divided into observation group (39 cases) and control group (38 cases). The control group was treated with carbamazepine and the observation group Gamma Knife treatment, observed and compared two groups of clinical treatment and plasma CGRP levels before and after treatment, and the two groups before and after treatment, quality of life scores. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 89.74% (35/39), which was higher than that in the control group (71.05%, 27/38), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); after treatment, the plasma CGRP level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group , The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Gamma knife treatment can improve the quality of life of patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia and plasma levels of calcitonin gene-related peptide, improve the curative effect.
