2l世纪是科学技术竞争的时代,其实质是人才、教育的竞争。教师要迎接这种挑战,就必须不断提高自身的专业素质,而教学反思是其形成教学实践智慧、提高自身素质、加快专业成长的有效方法之一。鉴于此,笔者对教学反思进行了分析并在借鉴传统教学反思经验的基础上,针对高中信息技术学科特点,结合现代教育技术的需求,从学校、教师方面提出了若干策略。
The 21st century is an era of competition in science and technology. Its essence is the competition of talents and education. To meet this challenge, teachers must continuously improve their professional quality, and teaching reflection is one of the effective ways to form wisdom in teaching practice, improve their own quality and accelerate their professional growth. In view of this, the author analyzes the teaching reflections and draws lessons from the traditional experience of teaching reflection on the basis of high school information technology disciplines, combined with the needs of modern educational technology, from the school, teachers put forward a number of strategies.
