为了研究Al-Ni-Cr系合金中是否存在准晶及其相关相 ,对Al75Ni1 5Cr1 0 合金进行了实验研究 .比较XRD与TEM实验结果 ,在Al75Ni1 5Cr1 0 合金中发现了十次准晶的 [3/2 ,3/2 ]相关相 ,且实验显示此相关相在 80 0~ 950℃温度范围内是稳定相 .除此之外 ,通过Al75Ni1 5Cr1 0 合金的XRD图谱与其它合金样品的XRD图谱的比较 ,发现在Al60 Ni2 0 Cr2 0 、Al65Ni1 5Cr2 0 、Al65Ni2 0 Cr1 5、Al70 Ni1 0 Cr2 0 、Al75Ni1 5Cr1 0 、Al70 Ni1 5Cr1 5、Al70 Ni2 0 Cr1 0 、Al75Ni2 5Cr5、Al75Ni1 0 Cr1 5、Al80 Ni1 0 Cr1 0 合金中也存在着十次准晶的 [3/2 ,3/2 ]相关相
In order to investigate the existence of quasicrystal and its related phases in Al-Ni-Cr alloy, the Al75Ni1 5Cr1 0 alloy was investigated experimentally.Comparing XRD and TEM results, ten quasicrystals were found in Al75Ni1 5Cr1 0 alloy [ 3/2, 3/2], and the experiment shows that this phase is a stable phase in the temperature range of 80 0 ~ 950 ℃ .In addition, the XRD patterns of Al75Ni1 5Cr1 0 alloy are in good agreement with those of other alloy samples Al60Ni1 5Cr2 0, Al65Ni2 0 Cr1 5, Al70 Ni1 0 Cr2 0, Al75Ni1 5Cr1 0, Al70 Ni1 5Cr1 5, Al70Ni2 0Cr1 0, Al75Ni2 5Cr5, Al75Ni1 0 Cr1 5, Al80 There are also ten-quasicrystal [3/2, 3/2] related phases in the Ni1 0 Cr1 0 alloy
