随着经济全球化以及我国信息化时代的发展,面对激烈的市场竞争,企业管理的信息化、规范化、流程化成为企业健康发展的关键因素,ERP系统应用是达到上述目标必要工具。本人从2008年至2015年见证一家民营工业企业从单一工厂生产扩张全国各地5家生产基地的过程,同时有幸成为这家企业ERP导入主要负责人之一。本文主要针对民营工业企业ERP导入过程中遇到的问题进行研究,从而总结导入成功的主要关键因素。
With the economic globalization and the development of China’s information age, facing the fierce market competition, the informationization, standardization and flow of business management have become the key factors for the healthy development of enterprises. The application of ERP system is an essential tool to achieve the above goals. From 2008 to 2015, I witnessed the process of a private industrial enterprise expanding from a single factory to five production bases throughout the country. At the same time, I am fortunate to be one of the key leaders in ERP import of this enterprise. This article focuses on the problems encountered in the process of ERP in private industrial enterprises to study, in order to summarize the main key factors for the successful introduction.
