本研究有两重意义:(1)作者们以前的研究,证明利多卡因可以聚集于内耳的黑素内。本实验是观察大剂量的利多卡因对人的听力、视力的急性和迟发性影响。(2)经体内和试管内两种途径,用自体放射照相术(autoradiography)研究对bupivacaine及氯普马嗪的吸收。选用这种药物的理由是:bupivacaine是常效局部麻醉剂,能缓和耳鸣;氯普马嗪亦有麻醉作用,并能大量的聚集于皮肤及眼球的黑素内,预期能被内耳吸收。大剂量利多卡因的治疗作用:第一组9例中
This research has two meanings: (1) The authors previous studies have shown that lidocaine can accumulate in the inner ear melanin. This experiment is to observe the large dose of lidocaine on human hearing, visual acuity of the acute and delayed effects. (2) The absorption of bupivacaine and chloropromazine was studied by autoradiography both in vivo and in vitro. The rationale for choosing this drug is: bupivacaine is an effective local anesthetic that eases tinnitus. Chloroproma is also anesthetized and can accumulate in the melanosomes of the skin and eyeballs, and is expected to be absorbed by the inner ear.
