本文从生产实际出发,以金相组织观察与基本性能测试为依据,对刃部由高速钢(W_6Mo_5Cr_4V_2)、背部为弹簧钢(50CrVA)组成的双金属机锯条热处理工艺参数进行了分析探讨。在大量试验的基础上解决了两种不同钢材在同一工艺参数条件下的热处理问题。
Based on the microstructure observation and basic performance test, this paper analyzed the heat treatment process parameters of bimetallic machine saw blade composed of high-speed steel (W_6Mo_5Cr_4V_2) and back-spring steel (50CrVA). On the basis of a large number of experiments, the heat treatment problems of two different steels under the same process parameters were solved.
