针对某掘进机回转平台早期开裂失效问题,采用有限元法对回转平台的强度进行分析,建立回转平台和工作机构的整体有限元模型,采用接触单元模拟回转轴承内外圈与滚动体的作用,用梁单元和杆单元相结合的方法建立工作机构模型,以模拟不同工况的载荷。对最大截割头截割力和最大横摆力联合作用的极限工况进行模拟,得到了结构的总体应力分布和变形。分析回转平台失效的原因,并对危险部位的结构进行改进和强度分析,结果表明,改进后的结构能有效地降低危险部位的应力峰值。
Aiming at the problem of early cracking failure of rotary boring machine rotary platform, finite element method is used to analyze the strength of rotary platform. The integral finite element model of rotary platform and working mechanism is established. The contact unit is used to simulate the inner and outer rings and rolling elements of rotary bearing. The combination of beam element and rod element establishes the working mechanism model to simulate the loads under different working conditions. The maximum operating conditions of the maximum cutting force and the maximum yaw force are simulated and the overall stress distribution and deformation of the structure are obtained. Analysis of the reasons for the failure of the rotary platform, and the structure of the dangerous parts to improve and strength analysis, the results show that the improved structure can effectively reduce the risk of dangerous parts of the peak.
