美国学前教育机构对儿童进行反偏见教育是促进儿童身心健康成长的需要;反偏见教育的目标是使儿童形成积极的自我意识,学会与不同文化背景的同伴友好相处;反偏见教育的原则是面向全体儿童,融入到教育的各个方面,贯穿于教育的整个过程;反偏见教育的评价重在发挥教师的主体作用,强调班级环境、家园社区关系的影响。这启发我们,要加强反偏见教育,消除各种歧视现象,保障儿童平等的受教育权利,把儿童培养成反偏见的小卫士。
The pre-prejudice education of children in the United States pre-school education is necessary to promote children’s physical and mental health. The goal of anti-prejudice education is to make children form a positive self-awareness and learn to get along with friends of different cultural backgrounds. The principle of anti-prejudice education is to face All children are integrated into all aspects of education and run through the whole process of education. The evaluation of anti-prejudice education focuses on giving play to the role of teachers and emphasizing the influence of class environment and the relationship between home communities. This inspired us to step up anti-prejudice education, eliminate all kinds of discrimination, ensure children’s equal right to education, and turn children into anti-bias small guards.
