目的:探讨西宁地区动脉硬化和胆红素水平的关系。方法:通过冠状动脉造影观察冠脉狭窄程度,彩色多普勒超声检测颈动脉结构,选取81例冠心病患者及534例颈动脉硬化患者,247例为对照组,分别测定冠心病及颈动脉硬化、对照组体内TBIL,DBIL,IBIL浓度。结果:与正常组对比,动脉硬化患者血清TBIL、DBIL浓度明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:低胆红素是动脉硬化的危险因素。
Objective: To explore the relationship between arteriosclerosis and bilirubin in Xining area. Methods: The extent of coronary artery stenosis was observed by coronary angiography. Color Doppler ultrasound was used to detect the structure of carotid artery. Eighty-one patients with coronary heart disease and 534 patients with carotid atherosclerosis were selected, and 247 as controls. Coronary heart disease and carotid atherosclerosis , The control group in vivo TBIL, DBIL, IBIL concentration. Results: Compared with the normal group, the serum concentrations of TBIL and DBIL in patients with atherosclerosis were significantly lower (P <0.01). Conclusions: Low bilirubin is a risk factor for atherosclerosis.
