针对道路建设项目环境状况评价中存在主观影响因素过多、权重确定复杂等问题,通过引入模糊综合评价法和改进的层次分析法(IAHP),建立了道路环境影响综合评价模型,论述了该模型的应用过程及其有效性。最后以213国道郎木寺至川主寺改建工程项目为例,对实际道路进行了环境评价。评价结果表明,该模型可以客观地确定各评价指标的权重,反映了各指标对总体评价结果的影响,评价结果与道路实际环境状况相吻合。
Aiming at the problems such as too many subjective factors and complex weights in the evaluation of environmental conditions of road construction projects, a comprehensive evaluation model of road environmental impact is established by introducing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the improved analytic hierarchy process (IAHP) The application process and its effectiveness.
