本文针对某新研轻型飞机副翼操纵系统进行了故障模式与影响分析(FMEA),指出 FMEA 是新研产品设计初期进行可靠性分析的重要环节,其结果将为产品可靠性、维修性设计中抓住主要簿弱环节、发现可能存在的隐患提供基本依据。利用本文分析结果,提出了设计中应采取的预防措施,使系统的可靠性得到了增长。最后,说明了 FMEA 应是一个逐渐深入和完善的过程。本文分析方法及其结果可为大型复杂机械系统的 FMEA 提供参考。 In this paper, the fault mode and influence analysis (FMEA) of the aileron control system of a light aircraft of a new research aircraft is analyzed. It is pointed out that FMEA is an important part of the reliability analysis of the new product design. The result will be the product reliability and maintainability design Grasp the weak links of the main book and found that there may be a hidden danger to provide a basic basis. Using the analysis results in this paper, the preventive measures should be put forward in the design so that the reliability of the system is increased. Finally, it shows that FMEA should be a process of deepening and perfection. The analytical method and its results in this paper can provide reference for FMEA of large and complex mechanical systems.
