经济与社会的不断发展对现有社会管理模式提出了新挑战,现有社会治理体制必须进行创新才能以更高效率应对当前复杂的社会局面。当前社会治理面临治理主体职责范围模糊、社会力量参与度不够、基层社会问题频发等问题,严重阻碍了新型社会治理格局的形成与治理效能的提高。因此,需要通过理清并规范社会治理主体间的职责范围、提高社会力量的参与度、重视基层社会问题治理等措施解决社会协同治理中遇到的障碍,才能更好地解决社会问题、促进社会发展、保障社会的良性运行。
The continuous development of economy and society has posed new challenges to the existing social management model. The existing social governance system must innovate to deal with the complicated social situation with greater efficiency. At present, social governance is confronted with such problems as ambiguous responsibilities of the main body of governance, inadequate participation of social forces, frequent social problems at the grass-roots level, seriously hindering the formation of a new social governance pattern and improving governance effectiveness.
