目的对新疆黑种草子Nigella glandulifera Preyn et Sint的显微构造进行鉴定,为寻找和开发新疆的中药资源提供可靠的鉴别依据。方法新疆黑种草子分别制粉末装片,解离片,横切片。按生药学鉴定的常规方法进行观察、描述、照相、冲印。结果对新疆黑种草子药材性状,种子横切面,粉末,理化鉴别进行了详细的研究。结论该方法简便,快速,为寻找和开发新疆的中药资源提供可靠的鉴别依据。
Objective To identify the microscopic structure of Nigella glandulifera Preyn et Sint in Xinjiang, and provide a reliable basis for the identification and development of Xinjiang traditional Chinese medicine resources. Methods Xinjiang black grass seeds were made into powder, dissociated and cross-section respectively. Observe, describe, photograph, and print according to the conventional methods of pharmacognosy identification. Results A detailed study was conducted on the medicinal properties, seed cross-section, powder, and physical and chemical identification of Nepenthes sinensis. Conclusion The method is simple and rapid, and it provides a reliable basis for the identification and development of traditional Chinese medicine resources in Xinjiang.
