在宁夏四县一市采集了当地的9类食物样品501份,测定硒的含量。测定结果:动物性食品硒含量较高;粮食次之;蔬菜、水果含量较少。各类食品硒含量的中位数接近全国同类食品硒含量的中位数。山区食品的硒含量高于平原地区的黄灌区。按本研究测定的各类食品硒含量的中位数和每日的进食量计算,宁夏成年男子每人每日硒摄入量为36.6μg,在杨光圻等调查的我国居民每日硒摄入量大多数在20—160μg范围之内,但达不到我国营养学会制定的成年人每日适宜供给量为50μg的水平。
In 9 counties and one city of Ningxia, 501 samples of 9 local food samples were collected and the content of selenium was determined. Determination results: higher animal selenium content of food; followed by food; vegetables, less fruit content. The median selenium content of all kinds of food is close to the median of selenium content of similar foods in the country. The selenium content of mountain food is higher than that of the plain irrigation area in the Yellow River. According to the study of the determination of the various types of food selenium content of the median and daily intake calculation, Ningxia adult man daily intake of selenium per person was 36.6μg, Yang Guangtao and other residents surveyed daily selenium intake Most in the range of 20-160μg, but less than our Institute of Nutrition to develop adult daily suitable supply level of 50μg.
