以鄂尔多斯机场新航站楼108m穹顶为背景,介绍旋转滑移施工从方案设计到顺利施工过程中的总体思路,从滑移单元划分、临时支撑体系设计、滑轨设计、滑移顶推设备、牵引力的计算、同步控制、稳定性控制、分级试滑移、结构体系边界条件的选取、施工全过程模拟、拆撑过程模拟等11个方面展开介绍了滑移施工过程中应该考虑的关键控制点,通过对11个施工关键点的控制,保证了108m穹顶滑移施工的顺利完成。
