为了解决西山矿区复合、破碎、近距离煤层顶板巷道支护的技术难题,从1995年开始,煤巷支护一直采用的是建筑螺纹钢锚杆(加长锚固方式),经过一段时间的应用发现,建筑螺纹钢锚杆虽然能够提高巷道支护强度,但存在杆体与树脂药卷搅拌不充分的缺点,因而就会影响其锚固效果。针对以上问题,集团公司有关科技人员研究开发了一种新的锚杆——左旋螺纹钢锚杆,配树脂药卷使用,其效果良好。
