新世纪以来,我国高中班主任制度改革取得重大进展,班主任综合素质显著提升。但是,新世纪新阶段的阶段性特征也给高中班主任制度带来了严峻挑战,如制度设计不合理、评价机制不健全、培训制度不完善等。因此,必须完善班主任制度设计,健全班主任评估机制,创新班主任培训制度,实现高中教育可持续发展。
Since the beginning of the new century, great progress has been made in the reform of the system of director of high school teacher in our country, and the overall quality of the head teacher has been significantly improved. However, the phasic characteristics of the new phase of the new century have also posed severe challenges to the system of senior middle school teachers, such as unreasonable system design, imperfect evaluation mechanism and imperfect training system. Therefore, it is necessary to perfect the system design of class teacher, improve the class teacher evaluation mechanism, innovate class teacher training system and realize the sustainable development of senior high school education.
