加工精度的测量与分析对于工艺过程非常重要。在分析加工精度在线测量和统计过程特点的基础上,提出了基于LabView的机械零件加工精度测量与分析系统的总体框架,重点说明了数据采集模块的组成、LabView测量数据与Oracle数据库的数据共享、加工精度分析模块的实现。系统运行结果表明,该系统能够在线监控工艺过程中的各种原始误差,实现了工艺过程的稳定性分析。
Processing accuracy measurement and analysis of the process is very important. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of on-line measurement and statistical process of machining accuracy, the overall frame of machining accuracy measurement and analysis system based on LabView is presented. The composition of data acquisition module, the data sharing between LabView measurement data and Oracle database, Realization of Processing Accuracy Analysis Module. The results of system operation show that the system can monitor all kinds of original errors in process and realize the stability analysis of the process.
